As a Travel Claims Handler, your main focus is to handle travel related claims. Communication with customers by telephone and email is a major part of the claims handling process. Claims handling includes receiving and registering claims, investigate them and pay out compensation. You will be responsible for all aspects of the Finnish claims handling as well as assist the team with the handling of Swedish claims and customer service. The working hours vary and you will be scheduled to work evenings on a regular basis.

 

Qualification & competencies:
  • Service minded with the ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Communicative and flexible
  • Accurate in your work
  • Fluent in Swedish and Finnish, and solid English skills
  • Additional verbal and/or written knowledge in another Nordic language would be a valuable asset
