My client is looking for a French and English speaking Customer Service Adviser to support the business objectives by providing a client focussed service to existing, new and potential clients.
You will be working with a small team of multi-lingual & multi-cultural people. You will be expected to provide an outstanding level of customer service to the client’s database of over 20,000 clients around the world.

Hours of work will be 37.5 per week, normally worked within the period 08:00 to 18:00 – start/finish times will be arranged on a rota basis and some flexibility will be required
