What are your responsibilities?

  • Welcome and greet customers at our meeting points, be the main point of contact for all queries and special requests
  • Provide our customers with a wide range of information on itineraries, destinations, and culture
  • Understand our customers’ needs and recommend the best GetYourGuide products available to ensure they enjoy their visit
  • Organize entry to attractions, transport when needed, and assist with queues
  • Check GetYourGuide vouchers and additional documentation as required
  • Gather feedback from our customers and share with the entire GetYourGuide team

Who are you?

  • You are ideally a certified tour leader 
  • You have worked in an active operations or customer service focused role and have an effortless ability to deal with customers
  • You are able to maintain a positive attitude regardless of your surroundings
  • You don’t want to be stuck in an office and enjoy being on your feet for half the day regardless of the weather
  • You have a passion for the arts, entertainment, monuments, and the tourism industry
  • You have excellent command of English and at least one other European language: French or Spanish would be preferred (both would be ideal)
  • You are a team player, approachable, and solution-oriented
