    • Provide friendly and efficient customer support in Italian
    • Investigate reported abuse and take appropriate action
    • Manage the external team of moderators and hire new ones when needed
    • Analyse customer interaction with the product and communicate feedback to the relevant team
    • Troubleshoot user issues and escalate them to developers appropriately
    • Advocate for the user base you support and provide a user voice to the wider company
    • Strive for workflow efficiencies to improve issue handling in the moderation queues
    • Contribute to creation and maintenance of new and existing moderation interfaces
    • Manage and assist with ad-hoc projects


    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
    • Customer service experience
    • Strong writing skills in English and Italian. Other languages a real plus
    • A strong understanding of Italian culture
    • Project management experience
    • Good knowledge of, and passion for, the online industry
