  • Communicate clearly and gently with all consumers.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Requirements:
  • Have developed communication and soft skills.
  • Have advanced Tech skills.
  • Be fluent in both Italian and English.
  • Be capable of handling stressful situations and demanding clients
