Job description :

Assisting customers in their different inquiries, your job is to insure they are fully satisfied with the service provided. Multitasking and ability to adapt to a very dynamic environment will be an advantage for you. Your main task will be to advise the company’s customers on the packages provided, amending, canceling and confirming bookings when necessary.

You should have : 

  • English as your first language (native speaker) 
  • An excellent phone manner
  • The drive to help other people
  • The hunger to succeed
  • The UE nationality or VISA (mandatory)
