Job Description Be the first point of contact for B2B CustomersResolve Customer requests received via all channels (phone, email, fax) according to agreed service levels and service standardsProvide assistance to customers in self-service mediums and assist customer to complete transactionsRecord and follow up all customer contacts in customer facing systemsLiaise between customers and supply chain departments in coordination of delivery processProactively communicate to customers order and delivery statusSupport in the resolution of delivery queriesRequirements Very good Hungarian (at least C1) and good English (min. B2)Excellent communication skillsStrong customer focusAbility to deal with multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environmentAbility to cooperate efficiently in a teamGood working knowledge of MS Office tools and OutlookGood analytical skills
