Job Description
Elevus is recruiting a CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE TEAM LEADER with native/fluent level of the DANISH language. Our client is a Global Business Process Outsourcer, specialized in Customer Experience Management across voice, social and digital channels.

Responsibilities
– Daily Management of the Customer Experience Team;
– Ensure that the operational KPIs and SLAs methodologies of the company are achieved;
– Analyze and develop action plans;
– Motivation of the team in order to achieve the goals set;
– Ensure the achievement of objectives;
– Monitor, evaluate and ensure control of the team;
– Analyze KPIs and SLAs and Reporting to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications
– Proven experience as a Team Leader/Manager or in Team Supervision (mandatory);
– EU citizenship or valid residence visa/work permit (mandatory);
– High School Diploma or higher;
– Native or fluent (level C1/C2) in Danish;
– Good knowledge (Level B) in English;
– Excellent communication skills and pro-activity;
– Ease of interpersonal and teamwork;
– Be recognized for attention to detail and high energy;
