As a Client Onboarding Trainer at Digimind your main responsibilities will be:
- Understand and use our tools with ease as an expert user in order to support others as they use the solutions,
- Train our clients on how to benefit most from our software solutions,
- Coach our clients to autonomously set up our tools,
- Animate internal training sessions for new employees and for new product features,
- Participate in the on-going creation and updating of best practices for onboarding and training, including training material and online supports
- Maintain the highest level of expertise in our area of specialty and interact with Digimind experts in new course development.
- Ensure client satisfaction
Who are we looking for :
- 2-3 years of experience
- Strong interest in software technology,
- Teaching / instructional experience (software ideally)
- You must be an excellent communicator and problem-solver and have a passion for helping our customers succeed.
- You love making people autonomous by training them,
- Ideally You are a native English speaker, or you have this full bilingual skill that we cherish!
- Ability to travel extensively to client sites throughout France and Europe,
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic,
- A strong sense of customer satisfaction,
- Subject matter expertise in one of the following domains is a plus: Social Media, Digital Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, Knowledge Management, Business Intelligence.
