ForceManager is seeking hungry and talented Senior Account Executive for the UK market in our HQ in Barcelona, Spain.

You are a hunter – you are always on “search mode” for leads in your territory, you diligently handle inbound leads, you are not afraid to cold call, you have firm perseverance, you have a consultative approach with prospects, you use sales closing techniques and you have a proven track record of quota overachievement. You have experience managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting, qualification, demonstration and contracting, to closing… damn, we want you!

As a Senior Account Executive UK Market you will:

  • Identify, qualify and engage with potential customers for specific market segments in your territory
  • Drive inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, social selling and virtual meetings to focus on gaining market share
  • Build your own pipeline by doing your own prospecting
  • Perpetuate lead nurturing activity to guide customers through the sales process
  • Apply consultative selling techniques, becoming a trusted advisor for the customer
  • Provide customer quotes, proposals and product information as required
  • Manage a pipeline of 40 opportunities at a time
  • Overcome objections and develop sales closure tactics to accelerate the sales cycle
  • Occasionally visit prospects/customers face to face
  • Meet or exceed monthly quotas

Required skills:

  • B2B Sales experience (5 years minimum required), in the software subscription business or CRM/ERP in the UK market
  • Linkedin Sales Navigator experience
  • Passionate about calling and building new relationships with customers
  • Ability to conduct research and think critically
  • Excellent organization skills; ability to segment and prioritize prospects in a vast territory
  • Energetic disposition and articulate communicator
  • Experience doing cold calling
  • Dynamic and persuasive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Native English speaker is a must
  • EU passport or eligible to work in Spain
  • Experience working in a spanish company managing an english speaking region
