Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Order Management
  • Call handling (mostly inbound but also outbound)
  • Complaints handling
  • Handling of service and return requests as per defined processes
  • Ensuring that repeat order targets are reached every season
  • Provide support to B2C customers
  • Handle customer telephone calls and emails in a timely, efficient and effective manner
  • Manage calls and emails from end consumers in a timely, efficient and effective manner
  • Release orders from the warehouse
  • Supporting other departments when needed

Candidate’s Profile

Skills & Education

  • Bachelor degree
  • At least 2 years experience in Customer Support
  • Speaking fluent Swedish/ Norwegian and English
  • Communicative, socially orientated, active
