Nike is looking for an Account Operations Specialist responsible to provide superior Customer Service to NIKE internal and external Customers.

NIKE Customer Operations brings the product to the consumer and completes an excellent consumer journey.

Based in Vienna, you willbe part of our Customer Operations team which directly interacts with our retail partners. You will plan deliveries to our accounts in close cooperation with our European Logistics Center (ELC) in Laakdal, Belgium. You will be in contact with X functional partners (internal and external) via phone or e-mail in order to resolve issues, facilitate order placement and delivery or answer questions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform order management functions: accurate and timely delivery of products to accounts.
  • Execute special product needs situations related to new store openings, product launches, and advertising promotions.
  • Develop and demonstrate strong account relationship, by working effectively with your nominated Sales counterparts to know the customer’s business and provide first point of contact internally and externally for all relevant customer operations activities.
  • Identify and solve account issues related to product orders, deliveries, credit issues, returns.
  • Serve as the key link between the customer, finance, transportation and distribution.
  • Be an active member of the Customer OPS team, collecting feedback from accounts, sales teams and other departments in order to identify areas of improvements.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications/Experience:
  • 1-2 years business experience in a similar position. Strong service and commercial oriented skills as well as logistical knowledge are preferred
  • Customer Service mind set with focus on delivering premium service to our retail partners
  • Positively embrace and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Demonstrate flexibility when priorities of the team and the business demand it. Challenge your multitasking skills each single day.
  • Seek opportunities to build effective relationships within  x-functional network of peers in the NIKE Headquater in Hilversum, Netherlands and the European Logistics Center (ELC) in Laakdal, Belgium
  • Proven skills / experience in managing supplier/customer relationships
  • Computer skills: SAP knowledge, Microsoft office and in particular advanced Excel skills are a strongly preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in Czech/Slovakian, Hungarian and English. Both written and spoken.
