Minimum Qualifications


  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English and one or two of the following languages:
    • Italian, French, German, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Spanish
  • Good organizational skills (ability to multitask)
  • Detail oriented to provide accurate support and services
  • Ability to meet deadlines & work under pressure
  • Flexible attitude but able to work within guidelines
  • Attentiveness; excellent listening skills
  • Customer focused, process -and results driven
  • Proficient technology skills
    • Word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, document management , outlook, lotus notes
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in SAP will be an asset
