Tasks:

  • Receiving requests in English language via phone and e-mail
  • Providing back office administrative services
  • Checking invoices
  • Receiving, categorizing and registrating work orders
  • Recognizing problems
  • Dealing with correspondence
  • Qualifying, prioritizing cases
  • Arranging necessary steps with subcontractors, liaising with local country offices, coordinators, technical teams
  • Coordinating progresses
  • Initiating preventive calls to minimize damages

 

Requirements:

  • Native or near native English language knowledge
  • Experience in administration
  • Good organizational skills
  • Advanced level knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills
