Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Support interacts with our game users on a daily basis through the web/social networks/email and whatsApp. You will ensure the users receive the highest level of satisfaction at the same time that keep them engaged on the games.
- Responsible for managing relations with Tangelo’s customers to ensure satisfaction level, as measured by the engagement, churn and ARPPU (Average Revenue Per Paying User)
- Help and support customers when they have questions, problems, complaints or suggestions, at the same time that being proactive to offer them anything that they could need.
- Ensure an optimal play alignment according to the monetization objectives
- Native English
- Available to work from Wednesday to Sunday, from 12am to 8am.
