We are delighted to present this opportunity for our multinational IT services client, who is looking to recruit HelpDesk IT with French/German/ Dutch/ Hungarian/ Czech language skill.Freshers can also apply for this roleHelpDesk IT with French/German/ Dutch/ Hungarian/ CzechKrakowJob Description: HelpDesk IT with French/German/ Dutch/ Hungarian/ CzechFluent German/ French/German/ Dutch/ Hungarian/ Czech ( Min B2/C1) and Very good English ( Min B2)Provide hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone/email/chat for customer’s end usersResponds to telephone calls, email, chat, and assigned tickets from users; Assign work orders / incidents to appropriate support teams and follow up until closureTroubleshoot client software and basic network connectivity problemsIdentify, evaluate and prioritize customer problems and complaintsPhone & Chat support experience necessary.Technical helpdesk or technical call center experience is necessary.Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE (Including MS Project and Visio)
