JOB DESCRIPTION:

You are responsible for the Order Management for a set of complex Resellers & Distributors in a geographic region. Attain agreed to account specific service levels and metrics. Drive standard work (order/return entry, review, release for delivery, billing) in the most effective and efficient manner. Share best practices across the global OM teams.

 

·         Attainment of order management Service Levels commitments to Accounts and Sales Management

·         You will report on attainment of metrics to Management

·         You will identify root cause of failures and apply systemic solutions

·         You will increase automation of standard process

·         You drive and support continuous improvement for order management processes to reduce order support cost

·         You communicate effectively and professionally with Resellers, Distributors and other customers

·         You will reduce or eliminate compliance issues

·         You trouble shoot and resolve basic issues regarding order entry, billing, EDI, Portal integration and/or Export compliance.

·         Sharing of best practices to ensure system integrity and alignment throughout supported region

·         The Allocation of inventory to sales plan

·         You participate in coaching discussions with others to facilitate growth

·         You manage validity of Bank Guarantee & Letter of Credit vs target and outstanding balance

·         You provide Marketing Support (Assets, Merchandizing, Translations) to Distributors

·         You distribute communication to distributors (e.g. newsletters)

·         You resolve Service/Warranty issues and provide related (spare part) info to distributors

·         You manage customer data, contracts, variable discounts and pricing

·         You manage and analyse reporting submitted by distributors

 

PROFILE:

·         Preferred Master or Bachelor degree in Business/Supply Chain/ Operations (preferred) or equivalent experience

·         Lean Six Sigma certification preferred

·         You have experience in an international business context

·         You are intermediate/Advanced in Excel

·         Good knowledge of sales and Distribution, CRM SAP Modules or related Enterprise Software

·         Basic inventory management skills

·         You are fluent in Swedish or Norwegian – additional European languages are an advantage

·         You have a good knowledge of Export compliance
