Managing a portfolio of DMC to achieve mid and long-term success (Business Volume and Sales Rate)
Monitor sales performances, alert and advise the DMCs on a weelky or monthly basis if necessary
Developing positive relationships and handling DMC’s needs
Generating new sales using existing and potential DMC’s networks
Onboarding of the new DMC’s and present our internal tools to manage files and sales
Optimize the performances of each single destinations, DMCs and agents
Support DMC’s business development
Monitor and ensure Traveller satisfaction (auditing DMC’s / agents work)
Manage requests flow for each destinations and DMCs
Animation of webinars/events to share sales tecniques to your portfolio
Define the annual budget target on your portfolio
Team and organization:
Collaborate with the Sourcing Team to find new DMCs
Collaborate with the Training Team, animate the agents’ community to develop the sales techniques of your DMCs
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to share your expectation in terms of leads per destination
Collaborate with the Offer Manager to get the most appropriate itineraries for our targeted customers
Exchange good practices with other Sales Account Manager
What we are looking for
Minimum of two years sales experience
Ideally has a first experience in tourism (travel agencies, DMC, or tour operating)
Good analysis and synthesis capabilities // Data-driven profile.
Self-motivated, tenacious, uses initiative and entrepreneurial
Excellent knowledge of the Italian language.
Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.
Knowledge of the spanish market is a plus
Autonomous, but at the same time a real team player.
