Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Provide support to end-users of IT services/application;
  • IT Infrastructure installation and maintenance (networks, switch, AP’s), equipment (servers, PC’s, printers,VoIP and mobile devices) and software (backups, anti-virus);
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues when possible, or escalating the issue to appropriate support team while meeting defined IT service level measures;
  • Fulfilling service requests;
  • Handling of events/alerts that are occurring throughout the IT services and monitoring tools;
  • Follow IT Service Desk policies and standards;

Your skills and experience

  • Degree in the area of ​​Information Technology (preferred);
  • Minimum experience of 2 years in similar functions (preferred);
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft systems, Active Directory, Switchng, TCP / IP, DNS / DHCP;
  • Knowledge of scripting (VBS, PowerShell, Batch), McAfee ePO and Kaseya will be valued;
  • Fluency in English (mandatory), Spanish will be valued;
  • Customer orientation, positive attitude and team spirit;
  • Good organizational and communication skills;
