Brightwork Limited is currently recruiting for a number Multi Lingual Staff for a variety of languages and roles for our client in Glasgow

Current languages required: German, Korean, Swedish, Norwegian, Czech, Mandarin, Hungarian, Finnish, Greek, Vietnamese and Indonesian

Due to rapid expansion and growth within the team, we are aiming to recruit productive individuals who have career aspirations to succeed within customer service environments.

For customer service the role involves interaction with customers who require assistance and or advice regarding certain products.

What skills you will need: • Positive and professional manner to be portrayed at all times • Excellent communication in English and any other language • Providing excellent customer service to respond to a wide range of incoming customer telephone enquiries • Using a broad range of questioning skills to understand and resolve customer(s) needs and expectations. • Ensuring that the information provided is clearly understood by the customer(s) • Prompt and accurate completion of all administration activities to ensure full customer satisfaction What experience you will need • Customer Service or Sales experience essential. • Excellent communication skills are essential • Meeting targets and accuracy, quality, volume and to agreed service level agreements • Computer literate and knowledge/experience of navigating through multiple tools and systems.
