YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Functional management of a team of Customer Care agents within the same language group
  • Providing a best in class customer service based on a good understanding of e-commerce businesses
  • Setting personal objectives, targets and guidelines for the team members as well as assessing the team in bi-annual reviews
  • Ensuring implementation of coaching and training programs
  • Continuous improvement of internal processes
  • Close cooperation with our Payment, Warehouse and Shipping departments

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent verbal and written knowledge of English (native or near native) as well as additional languages preferred
  • Profound experience and passion for customer service, ideally gained in the ecommerce sector
  • First experience in team management and a strong sense for teamwork
  • Understanding of the specificities of customer service in English-speaking countries
  • Solid working knowledge of MS-Office, experience with ticketing systems preferred
  • Conscientiousness in dealing with sensitive customer-data
  • Pro-active, organized and the ability to work under time pressure are essential
