Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing telephone and email support for the employees of our clients who contact us with questions about HR procedures or their employment benefits
  • Explaining how to use the online HR system
  • Investigating more complex cases


You Bring Knowledge and Expertise

Required Experience:

  • Excellent English – C1 minimum
  • Proficiency in 2nd language: German/French/Italian/Spanish/Dutch – C1 minimum
  • Adaptability – you can switch priorities quickly when things change and focus on new goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • High School Diploma
