CS Assistant is proving a variety of services through CS transactions within 3M Branch office Ljubljana
- Handles Order and Complaint management, sales & customers inquiries including inbound calls/emails regarding Order & complaint management, general product availability inquiries, shipment status, general customer follow up activities,
- Communicates and follows up issues with other departments/functions to research and resolve requests.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Good speaking manner, fluent in English, spoken and written.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, excellent computer skills (working in MS Office, emailing, using chat technologies).
- Logistics / customer service & SAP experience as advantage.
- Motivated person with ongoing training capabilities to continually build business knowledge and customer service expertise.
- Ready to start immediately.
