Job Description:

Responsibilities:

CS Assistant is proving a variety of services through CS transactions within 3M Branch office Ljubljana

  • Handles Order and Complaint management, sales & customers inquiries including inbound calls/emails regarding Order & complaint management, general product availability inquiries, shipment status, general customer follow up activities,
  • Communicates and follows up issues with other departments/functions to research and resolve requests.

Requirements:

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Good speaking manner, fluent in English, spoken and written.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, excellent computer skills (working in MS Office, emailing, using chat technologies).
  • Logistics / customer service & SAP experience as advantage.
  • Motivated person with ongoing training capabilities to continually build business knowledge and customer service expertise.
  • Ready to start immediately.
