Responsibilities:

  • Provide an assistance to the Financial Director (Italian): travel support, documentation, transfer
  • Ensure functioning of the office (check of PC, fax, printers, supplying of office material, etc.)
  • Organize meetings and Company events
  • Reception, phone and fax contacts

Requirements:

  • Fluent spoken and written English and Italian
  • Experience in administrative assistance, travel support
  • Law education and experience with SAP is a plus
  • Active, open-minded personality ready for multitasking
